I am a versatile design management practitioner and service experience strategist with a background in visual media communication.
I have extensive cross-industry experience working on a range of projects, such as modernizing the UI of a federal healthcare website to enhance content access, developing personal financial management tools to empower banking customers, designing training media for international development agency personnel, and streamlining creative operations at a federal news agency, to name a few.
As a lifelong learner, design evangelist, and mentor, I apply my innate curiosity to explore challenges within man-made systems and communicate how design, when leveraged within emerging technology and through exploratory methods, is a powerful catalyst that accelerates change.
